Job Brief:
We are searching for a Senior Finance Executive who would act as SPOC on behalf of the company
with all stakeholder, responsible to oversee the financial management and reporting activities of
the company, responsible for budget planning as well as supporting executive management team
in offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for
the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between all stakeholders, i.e. company’s management, banks, business
partners, clients, etc. - Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare & Process invoices & balance sheets.
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables,
expenses etc. - Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
- Budgeting and forecasting for the business
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Review and implement financial policies.
- Develops and maintains financial systems.
- Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations.
- Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review.
- Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis.
- Monitors budget performance, expenditure control.
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding finance document keeping and handling.
Skills Required: - A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, economics, business administration
or relevant field - Proven work experience as Finance Executive

Salary: AED 4000-6000/- (Commensurate to experience and skills)
